Vancouver Mural Festival is the city’s largest annual free public art celebration. Not only is the festival a platform for local artists, but it creates a lasting cultural legacy that represents the issues, diversity and vibrancy of the city. As Vancouver Mural Festival continues to grow beyond its one festival week in August, they sought out strategic marketing support to leverage sponsorship for future commercial growth.

Using insights and thematic storytelling pillars identified in the initial phase of the project, scope of the project culminated with a series of four sponsorship sales workshops delivered to core members of the Vancouver Mural Festival team to equip them with the tools required to sell their story in the marketplace. A highlight of the project was designing a tangible CRM-style partnership architecture that allowed Vancouver Mural Festival to optimize sponsorship revenue through values-based asset allocation.
